I'm amazed that any of that cookie dough actually made it to the oven. :o)
I like Fergus' style. Why mush that dough back together and roll it out again when you can just eat all the scraps? Very efficient! Haven't heard of the Bone Books, but they sound great. And if they inspire cookie making, we're all for it.
