I'm not sure what it is, but Gillian gives me a really good Mary Poppins vibe here, like a cool steam punk version of Mary Poppins. Love it. And of course, it goes without saying that Fergus is beyond cool in that hat, and Effie has some adorable pink feet poking out from beneath her equally adorable costume.
